To make a payment:
- Open the Snape app
- Select a course
- Choose the preferred plan and mode
- Proceed to the payment screen
- Complete the payment using UPI, Debit card, Credit card or Net banking

All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
5. Can I view my payment status and history?
Yes. You can view all your course purchases under the Purchase History section in the app.

If a payment fails due to technical or bank-related reasons and the amount is debited; the
amount will
be refunded to the original payment source as per standard banking timelines.

approved, are processed after applicable deductions such as payment gateway charges, platform
charges
and refund processing fees, as per the refund policy.
