Terms & Conditions
This User Agreement governs the access and use of the Snape mobile application and its services and is entered into between the user and AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at 6-101, Trivandrum Main Road, Parvathipuram, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu 629003
By downloading, accessing or using the Snape application, the user confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Snape is a digital learning and training platform that enables users to:
- Enrol in professional courses and training programs,
- Participate in live online and offline instructor-led training sessions, and
- Purchase digital learning materials and study resources.
All courses, training programs and learning materials available on Snape are provided directly by AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED. Snape does not operate as a marketplace and does not collect payments on behalf of any third party.
2. Payments and Access
Users may make payments through the integrated payment gateway available within the Snape application. Upon successful payment, access to the selected course, training program or learning material will be enabled as applicable.
AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to decline, suspend or restrict any transaction that appears suspicious, abusive or inconsistent with the intended use of the platform.
3. User Declarations
By using the Snape platform, the user confirms that:
- All personal, enrolment and payment details provided are accurate and complete
- They are authorised to use the selected payment instrument
- Submission of a payment confirms authorisation for the selected course, training program or learning material
Refund requests must be raised within the applicable timelines and delayed requests may not be considered.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation
If a user cancels a payment or if the selected course, training program or learning material cannot be delivered, a refund may be initiated.
Refunds shall be processed to the original payment source or to an alternate bank account provided by the user after verification.
The following deductions may apply:
- Applicable taxes
- Payment gateway processing charges
- Platform service charges
- A refund processing fee of 1% of the billed amount.
All deductions will be communicated to the user.
Technical or Processing Issues
If a payment cannot be completed due to technical issues, system errors or processing limitations and the amount has already been debited, the amount shall be refunded after verification.
Users are advised not to initiate duplicate payments until a refund reference is generated and shared through registered contact details.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days. The actual credit time depends on the bank and payment instrument used.
5. Platform Availability
Snape aims to provide continuous access to its services. However, access may be interrupted due to maintenance activities, system upgrades, network failures or third-party service disruptions.
AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their account details, enrolment information and course selections.
If a user permits another person to access their account, the registered account holder remains fully responsible for all activities carried out through the account.
7. Eligibility and Usage Limits
The Snape platform is available to individuals aged 13 years and above. Users below the age of majority must use the application under parental or legal guardian supervision.
The application and its services are intended only for personal learning and training purposes.
8. Permitted Use
Users are granted a limited, personal and non-transferable licence to use the Snape application.
Users shall not:
- Modify, copy or reproduce any application content,
- Use the platform for commercial or resale purposes,
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the application,
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices, or
- Transfer or replicate any part of the application.
9. Account and Credential Security
During registration, users are required to create login credentials and verification details.
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and promptly notify Snape in case of unauthorised access.
AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. User Information
Users must provide accurate personal and payment information. Users shall not use any payment instrument that does not lawfully belong to them.
AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information provided by the user.
11. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:
- Service delays
- Data loss
- System interruptions
- Any indirect or consequential damages.
Use of the Snape application is at the user’s own risk and discretion.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
User information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Snape Privacy Policy.
Snape does not sell personal information and shares data only for:
- Fraud prevention and security purposes,
- Legal or regulatory compliance.
13. Suspension and Termination
AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED may suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice in case of policy violations, fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform or unlawful conduct.
Users remain responsible for all activities performed prior to suspension or termination.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
