Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy apply to services provided through the Snape mobile application operated by AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at 6-101, Trivandrum Main Road, Parvathipuram, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu 629003

Cancellation

If a user requests cancellation of a payment, or if the selected course, training program or learning material cannot be delivered, a refund may be initiated after verification.

Refunds shall be credited to the original payment source or to an alternate bank account provided by the user.

The following deductions may apply:

  • Applicable taxes
  • Payment gateway processing charges
  • Platform handling charges
  • Refund processing fee of 1% of the billed amount

All applicable deductions will be communicated to the user.

Technical or Processing Issues

If a payment cannot be completed due to technical issues, system failures or processing limitations and the amount has already been debited, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.

Users are advised not to make duplicate payments for the same service while a transaction or refund is under review.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days. The actual time for the refunded amount to reflect in the user’s account depends on the bank and payment instrument used.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that all personal, enrolment and payment information provided at the time of transaction is accurate.

AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for delays or failures in refund processing arising due to incorrect information provided by the user.
